It doesn’t always feel like we’re having much of a summer but we remain optimistic.
Queen’s Park Community Council are holding the summer festival and for 13-17 years olds, ten days of summer camp. These will be dependent upon the status of the pandemic and will require pre-booking. There are Lego Bubble parties for the under 10’s in the last week of July.
Everyone’s favourites with two stages, kids’ entertainment, the Dog Show (11 -to 12), delicious food show, family sports and games in the park and the over 50’s party (from 12 to 3). Scroll down for the flyer with list of acts and activities expected. (Register here for the Dog Show).

Westminster Libraries have been holding a vibrant selection of online talks during lockdown and our very own Crissie is scheduled for 16th June at 6:30pm
“Caring for Canines” will be a session packed with sound advice, guidance, and tips for caring for our four-legged friends post-lockdown. Dog theft has been on the increase and Crissie can tell you how to keep your pets safe, as well as advising if you are considering buying a new puppy. If your beloved pet is struggling with your return to work she can also help with behavioural issues!
Please book your place via Eventbrite.
Crissie Chambers is the founder of Canine Culture UK. She is an accredited certificate holder in dog psychology and holds an NVQ2 in dog behavioural issues as well as having extensive experience in dog fostering.
Crissie has also worked with rescues abroad and in the UK, and will be sharing some of these stories.
