4th Annual Winter Fair!

The Winter Fair is next weekend.  As in previous years, there will be entertainment for the over 50s in St Jude’s Hall in collaboration with Open Age & Community Champions from noon to 2pm.

The park events begin at 2pm and last until 4pm.  There will be carol singing, donkey rides, local craft stalls and plenty of things you can join in with.

Our local youth engagement initiative Trees For Christmas will also be there selling trees.

Thank you to the QPCC, Community Champions, Open Age, A2 Dominion, Citywest Homes & City of Westminster.

Ahem, if you want to make a day of it, we’ll be GARDENING from 10 am for a couple of hours (until midday). In order to make the Wildlife Area look good from Spring onwards, we have to do a lot of chores in winter.  Sewing seeds and planting bulbs; pruning and clearing; stopping for a chocolate snack too!

You’ll also find us in the park in the afternoon so if you can’t garden, you can at least come and talk to us to learn more about what we do. Failing that, please sign up to our mailing list to find out when you can help. More info here.
